That’s right – yoga isn’t just for the long-haired gurus atop mountains or the flexible fitness influencers of Instagram. It's for every dad juggling work, parenting, and that elusive 'me time'.

1. Child's Pose (Balasana)
Why it’s Great for Busy Dads: This relaxing pose can give your back a lovely stretch. It’s also fantastic for grounding yourself after a chaotic day.
How-To: Sit on your heels, reach your arms forward on the mat and lower your head, stretching your arms out in front. Breathe deeply.
2. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

How-To: Stand straight, exhale and bend forward. Try touching the floor, or as close as you can get!
3. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)

How-To: Stand wide-legged, turn your right foot out and stretch your arms parallel to the floor. Bend, placing your right hand on your ankle and extend the left arm upwards, looking towards your left hand.

How-To: Get on all fours. Inhale, arch your back, look upwards (Cow). Exhale, round your spine and drop your head (Cat).
5. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Why it’s Great for Busy Dads: Open up that chest and strengthen the spine!
How-To: Lie face-down, press your palms under your shoulders and lift your head and chest.
