1. Oat and Berry Smoothie:  

Why it’s fantastic: Oats are a favourite among lactating mothers. Packed with essential nutrients and known to help with milk supply, they’re a perfect start to your morning.

Ingredients:  

1. 100g rolled oats  

2. 250ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)  

3. 1 ripe banana  

4. A handful of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)  

5. 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup  

Instructions:  

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy your milky magic!

2. Fennel and Lentil Soup:
